I learned process engineering in the wafer fabs of Texas Instruments.
I designed and sustained many
semiconductor processes
backgrind, oxide deposition, plasma etch, PO dep and etch, metalization including both sputter and evaporation
and
production techniques
cermet resistors, TiW fuses, loadlock ashing, polymer removal, ultrasonic clean, planarization, tape/detaping
.
I'm proficient in all popular manufacturing improvement schemes, such as orthogonal design, SPC,
5S, Lean, JIT, and Six Sigma. I've also designed and implemented process automation programs.
I have supervised technical groups and I've led cross-functional teams. I have coordinated equipment
